Course Description
In this webinar, learners will be introduced to ways that they can improve well-being within their own work unit or neurology department. Strategies shared include a resiliency and humanism curriculum designed specifically for neurology residents as well as how neurologists can use appreciative inquiry to enact change within their workplace.

Learning Objectives
As a result of this video the learner will be able to:
  • Recognize contributors to work unit well-being in the context of practicing neurology.
  • Identify effective strategies utilized by peers and thought leaders to improve work unit well-being.
  • Develop their own strategies to improve work unit well-being in the context of their practice.
  • Continue to build a thriving learning climate for neurology residents and fellows.
