NeuroReady®: Continuing Certification (Second Edition)
Course Description
The NeuroReady: Continuing Certification (Second Edition) is designed to help neurologists prepare for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) recertification exam. Materials for the course are based on the content outline used by the ABPN for the cognitive expertise component (Part III) of Continuing Certification (CC).
COURSE DESIGN
The course is designed in a convenient online format, allowing you to take it in your own time, at your own pace. The course consists of the following three elements:
- Syllabi on 14 categories in clinical neurology.
- Audio interviews from experts in the field.
- Over 130 questions in a multiple-choice self-assessment exam with feedback, suggestions for further reading and comparative peer performance results.
Learning Objectives
As a result of this course, the learner will be able to:
- Identify areas of neurology that require more focused study and review in preparation for the recertification examination.
- Self-assess knowledge after completion of the educational program to further focus study and review.
- Demonstrate improved competency and performance in clinical practice and patient outcomes based on the application of new and reviewed information from the educational course in their clinical practice, as well as for successful recertification and continued maintenance.
Date of Release
All materials have been reviewed and updated as of January 2023.This program is eligible for CME credits until January 2026.
